Certificate Awarding Ceremony – Kilinochchi

The certificate awarding ceremony for the Diploma Holders of Kilinochchi Zone was celebrated on the 25^th of May, 2015 at  Kilinochchi Central College

Chief Executive Officer, Aaruthal Mr.Sundaram Divakalala, Project Coordinator,  World Vision, Lanka Mrs.Piriya Kingsley, Assistant Director of Education, Preschool Education, Mr. S.Vinthan,  the Coordinator, Preschool Education, the Resource persons conducted the diploma course, Officers from Aaruthal, Mr.Mathavakumaran, Consultant  and Miss. Jeyatharshi, Project Officer participated in the ceremony and awarded the certificates to the teachers.
