A Memorial Meeting to honour the Great Man, Statesman, Educationalist, Scientist and Philosopher\u00a0 Dr. Abdul Kalam who made known \u00a0his biography \u00a0\u201cAgni Sirakkukal.\u201d<\/p>\n

The meeting chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, Aaruthal to pay homage to the great man was organized by Aaruthal on 30^{th<\/sup> July, 2015 at the Conference Hall of \u00a0Aaruthal.<\/p>\n}

The private secretary of the Provincial Minister of Education Mr.Shanmuganthan participated as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the meeting with the lighting of the lamp. The officers of Aaruthal and many others participated and paid homage to the great man.\u00a0 Speeches about the services rendered to the nation and mainly to the youth were delivered by the officers.<\/p>\n

Dr Kalam rose from humble beginnings to become one of India’s most accomplished leaders, earning esteem at home and abroad.<\/p>\n

After the meeting Chief Executive Officer and Staff visited the Consulate General Office of the Indian High Commissioner and signed in the Condolence book.<\/p>\n
