The Preschool Teachers\u2019 Day celebration of Vadamaradchi Zone was held on 18^{th<\/sup> October, 2015 commenced at 10.00 am. The function was chaired by the Assistant Director of Education, Preschool Education Mr.S.Thillainathan. Zonal Director of Education Mr.S.Nanthakumar was the Chief Guest. Mr.Sugirthan, member of Northern Provincial Council was invited as the special guest.\u00a0 Mr.Sundaram Divakalala, Chief Executive Officer, Aaruthal, Miss.Jeya Thambiah, Director, ECCD \u2013 Northern Province, Mr.Nithiyananthan, Principal Velautham Maha Vidyalayam and Mr.N.Anantharaj, Retired Assistant Director of Education were invited as the honoured guests.<\/p>\n}

The Chief guest and other guests were welcomed by endowing with bouquet. The preschool teachers were honoured with garlands. The teachers\u2019 song was sung by the teachers. Many cultural programmes were staged by the teachers. The appreciation song prepared by Aaruthal was sung and the function adjourned with the vote of thanks.<\/p>\n
